Workout variety is a great way to engage current and prospective members, and with workouts like INSANITY, P90X, PiYo and Core de Force, Beachbody LIVE programming will help members get a great burn and keep them coming back for more.

Here, Colleen Villano, the health and wellness director at the Wallingford Family YMCA, shares why she fell in love with Beachbody LIVE’s classes and how it’s been the perfect addition to her facility’s group fitness offerings:

How were you introduced to Beachbody LIVE and why did you decide to offer their programs at your facility?

CV: As a group exercise instructor, I fell in love with PiYo and became a certified instructor. The combination of format variety and no monthly license fees makes Beachbody LIVE the ideal choice to include in our Group X class offerings.

Your facility has INSANITY, P90X and PiYo, correct? How have these classes helped enhance your fitness offerings?

CV: Yes, and we also offer Core de Force. Beachbody LIVE classes offer the challenge and different types of exercise our members are looking for in their workouts including high intensity interval training (HIIT), strength, core and flexibility.

What do your members love most about these Beachbody LIVE workouts?

CV: Our members love the freshness each Beachbody LIVE workout offers. The versatility of each workout keeps members challenged and always guessing about what is coming next.

How would you rate Beachbody LIVE’s customer service and support?

CV: Excellent — one of the best in the industry.

Why should other community recreation professionals consider adding Beachbody LIVE to their fitness class lineup?

CV: The array of workouts Beachbody LIVE offers is amazing. There is truly a format that fits everybody. The Beachbody brand is well known throughout the world for delivering high -quality, modifiable and results-driven workouts. The fact that Beachbody does not charge a monthly licensing fee is a win-win, as this cost is not passed on to members in the way of membership or program fees. Our members love all of the Beachbody LIVE formats we offer and look forward to seeing more!
