TRUE Fitness Provides Ideal Customer Service at Hanover Area YMCA

Picking the right fitness equipment vendor with adequate service capabilities can be a hit-or-miss process. Despite previous issues, the leadership team at the Hanover Area YMCA found a company which delivers everything they were looking for in the form of TRUE Fitness.

Cami Bisch, the CEO of the Hanover Area YMCA, said the Y’s previous equipment vendor fell short on service expectations and there was difficulty in the maintenance contact. Also, she said they had extended delays in parts and service. But for the last five months, the Y has found success with TRUE Fitness.

What are the benefits to your members as a result of this partnership?

Our members are able to enjoy state-of-the-art, easy-to-use multifunctional equipment. There is also a reduced downtime for routine maintenance.

Have you been pleasantly surprised by working with TRUE Fitness in any way?

The company offers smooth equipment delivery with on-site TRUE/OCTANE representative assistance. It’s the best installation experience in my 18 years at the YMCA.

What else can you tell other rec center professionals about the benefits of working with TRUE Fitness?

The team, both internal sales and external installation, provide a top-notch experience. Commitment to meeting facility needs from purchase to ongoing satisfaction is always provided.
