Community Rec Magazine is proud to announce Arly returns as the premier sponsor of the 2025 Community Rec Leadership Summit.

Arly is a purpose-built youth development business management solution. Unlike any other solution in the market today, Arly integrates all the ingredients proven to run high-quality youth programs from resources, management strategies and tools to professional development and curriculum. Attendees of the 2025 Leadership Summit will get the chance to personally learn more about partnering with the organization.

“The Community Rec Leadership Summit has become a powerful destination for the highest caliber thought leadership, camaraderie and inspiration for dynamic leaders representing an array of community organizations from coast-to-coast,” said Lauren Sanchez Gilbert, Ed.D., the CEO of Arly. “We have been part of this important convening since its inception and are delighted to return for the third year in a row as premier sponsor of the event. Arly was purpose-built to support today’s trailblazers as they work to elevate the potential of all young people with scalable, high-quality impact. The Summit is a wonderful opportunity to convene with leaders that share our purpose.”

The Community Rec Leadership Summit is an exclusive peer collaboration event that brings together 60 top community recreation leaders for 2.5 days of expertise, insights and experiences in a relaxing and enjoyable environment.

Taking place March 3 – 5 at the Loews Ventana Canyon Resort in Tucson, Arizona, attendees and sponsors of the Leadership Summit will participate in one-of-a-kind experiences. This includes thought-provoking roundtables curated from 2024 attendee feedback, Community Rec’s advisory board and the 2025 moderator. Also, we will be hosting a panel discussion on technology and AI innovations.

The Community Rec Leadership Summit roundtable discussions will be led by moderator, Jon Kidwell – leadership trainer, coach, writer, podcast host and founder and leader of The Kidwell Team – surrounding the following topics:

  • Impactful Collaboration.
  • Expanding Membership Reach.
  • Holistic Health and Wellness
  • Leadership Challenges and Solutions

Community Rec Magazine is honored to have Arly return as the premier sponsor of the 2025 Community Rec Leadership Summit. With the mission to elevate the potential of youth, deep field experience and expertise, they make the perfect pairing to learn with and sit alongside community recreation leaders.
