Please join us in welcoming Sean Elliott to our Y family.”

Elliott also released on statement on social media, which said he’s both honored and excited to announce that he will be joining the team at the YMCA.

“It is truly a privilege to join such a dedicated group of staff, board, and community partners committed to growing YMCA impact throughout the Baton Rouge, Louisiana, community for years to come,” said Elliott.

Before becoming the president and CEO of the YMCA of the Capital Area, Elliot was president and CEO of the Greater Green Bay YMCA from 2018 to 2024.
