Sioux Falls’ First Public Indoor Aquatic Facility
Facilities
The Midco Aquatic Center is an indoor aquatic facility managed by the City of Sioux Falls‘ Parks and Recreation department. Our beautiful public center offers hundreds of activities a year including water fitness classes, water walking, lap swimming, water therapy, swim lessons and much more. We also host events for the entire public to participate in such as Flick and Float (movies played on our video screens and provide inner tubes for guests to use), swimming distance challenges and holiday-themed events. This is also the home to multiple collegiate swim meet championships, home for local swim clubs, hosts indoor swim team practice, and also hosts parties and meetings.
