BellXcel’s new features bring everything together for program providers to deliver high-quality experiences for youth.

BellXcel, the national nonprofit that created the first complete, evidence-based software solution to help youth-serving organizations deliver high-quality program experiences for youth, expands its platform with new features and functionality designed to help programs strengthen family engagement, bolster professional learning, enhance program and participant management and elevate their brand.

New features will be available starting in March 2022 and include:

  • Online enrollment with customizable forms and applications that provide an easy way to automatically manage registration and waitlists based on program criteria and availability.
  • A family portal for centralized data management that makes it easy to keep track of participant information year-to-year and simplifies new program registration for returning families.
  • Expanded professional development inclusive of more than 30 hours of self-paced online courses and related tools and resources to promote long-term growth for staff.
  • A family engagement app designed to facilitate and support real-time communications between families and staff through photos, announcements, newsletters and direct messages is also slated for release in April and will be available for both iOS and Android devices.

“BellXcel cares about the total experience, pairing program management and content, like well-rounded curriculum options and expansive professional development,” said Dr. Lauren Sanchez Gilbert, the CEO of BellXcel. “As a program provider, one log-in gives you access to everything you need to create high-quality programming for youth. We take the guesswork out of planning, equip you with tools and resources to streamline your workflows and measure/market your outcomes.  Our decades of research prove that high-quality successful programs unlock the key to your growth, sustainability and impact.”

Sanchez Gilbert added, “BellXcel was purpose-built to provide program administrators and staff with a more efficient, streamlined and affordable software solution that gives them the freedom to focus on what matters most – delivering fun and engaging high-quality experiences that keep families returning to their programs. We’re excited for our customers to be able to take advantage of the expansive updates to the BellXcel platform for all of their youth programs, from summer, afterschool, camps and more.”
