Devlin Reiley, the marketing and PR director at the Rappahannock Area YMCA, provides a tour of the Massad Family YMCA branch’s new wellness space.

From the floor to the ceiling and everything in between, this room has been completely transformed. Now, the space has Peloton bikes, stair climbers, rowers, ellipticals and self-propelled Woodways. Members can train smarter with top-tier cardio equipment designed for performance and comfort.

The deadlift area has been completely refreshed with space to lift, bench and train with confidence, natural movement and full body strength. Fre motion meets where you are train, arms, legs, core and everything in between with freedom of movement. Built in what once was a racquetball court is now a dynamic, multifunction training room featuring turf for sled pushes and pulls, kettlebells for total body strength and open space for core and functional training at any level. Designed for every level, built just for members of the Rappahannock Area YMCA.
